Jentry was told by a friend that we needed to update our blog. I didn't know we had a blog, so here's our update. We've now been in our house for about a year and a half and love it! Our ward has soared to over 800 and our neighbors are wonderful. Work is going very well for Jentry and he's biking at least 3 times a week with plans to ride in the Tour de Tucson in November. Bonnie is finishing up teaching the ELD (English Language Development) kindergarten in the Mesa Public Schools. Her contract was not renewed because of the budget cuts going on in the state, but will continue teaching cello lessons. After the school year is officially over she'll figure out what to do. Our turtle, bird, fish, hermit crab, and chickens are doing great as well! :)

Our House in sunny Arizona

In the later part of January Bonnie and I purchased our first home. We are excited and have both been extremely busy with selling insurance (Jentry), teaching Kindergarten (Bonnie) cello lessons (Bonnie), insurance certifications (Jentry) and family. Our new ward has 7 nurseries and 600 members in it. We have a home teaching and visiting teaching assignment and love it. We are planning a trip to Buffalo, New York this summer to visit Bonnie's sister who will be there for her husband's internship with General Mills. Life is busy and full of surprises. We look forward to the challenges and trials of life and hope that we can serve the Lord to the best of our abilities. Thank you to Bryce and Jean for getting us set up on this spot. Our hope is that we can get in contact with as many people from our mission and try to stay in touch. We'll see how successful we are.
Love, Jentry and Bonnie
